WHAT IS SOY WAX?
soy wax is natural and derived from the soybean, it is a hydrogenated vegetable oil that turns solid at room temperature.
soy wax gives off an alluring scent when mixed with essential/natural oils and can last two - three times longer in comparison to paraffin wax which are often mixed with chemical filled artificial scents. soy wax is also friendly to the environment due to being a renewable resource!
WHERE ARE THE CANDLES MADE AND WHAT GOES IN TO THEM?
each and every candle is handcrafted with love in very small batches to create sumptuous scents for everyone and hand poured by myself in my kitchen at home in LONDON, UK using only the finest quality sustainably sourced soy wax which i infuse with an 100% essential oil and/or a fragrance oil blend; free from CMRs, phthalates and parabens. the jars are made from high quality moulded glass and all wicks used are made from sustainably sourced cotton which also helps to result in a cleaner burning candle. all products used to create the candles are sourced from small wholesalers situated within the U.K.
SIZING DETAILS
the signature collection come in either a small size 9cl matt coloured or amber glass that is H: 6.7cm W: 5.4cm, medium sized 20cl matt coloured or amber glass that is H: 8.3cm W: 7cm or a large sized 30cl amber, matt or gloss coloured glass H: 9cm W: 8.1cm
all candles come with a mirrored chrome lid, black or white wooden lid, dependant on the collection!
PACKAGING
all of the wrapping and packaging used to send the candles and reed diffusers in are fully recyclable or reusable.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding the groovy pillar which is handmade to order and shipped within 3-7 working days) all orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for £3.50 or Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.40
please allow 2 - 5 working days from dispatch to receive your order for standard orders and 1 - 2 working days for express orders.
shipping costs for the rest of the world are calculated at checkout!
